"I really enjoyed my oatmilk latte. It was very smooth and overall delicious. It tasted like a dark roast coffee was used to make this latte, which created a great balance once the oatmilk was added. The cafe was cute and well themed, with only a few tables and chairs inside. The area nearest to cashier felt crowded with just three tables taken, but there is also a seating area near the window which was a more open. The bathroom was out of order, which is unfortunate for a place that serves coffee, and is decorated for folks to work or socialize."

"I recently visited Paloma coffee and ordered a soy iced latte with half vanilla and half lavender syrup, and it was incredible! The balance between the sweet vanilla and floral lavender made for a perfect combination. The ambiance of the café is so inviting, with a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere that makes it a great spot to relax or work. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again!"

"Wouldn’t exchange a drink I ordered and didn’t like. Most place would value customer satisfaction and immediate do there best to make a customer feel heard and understood.(Starbucks for example did a great job of exchanging my drink when I didn’t like it) But they didn’t seem to care at all. I really didn’t enjoy that drink and I hope if that happens to another of their customers they will be more accommodating to them. If not for this slip up the coffee shop vibe is outstanding and I would come so often, but I longer will be a customer. Please use this as constructive criticism."
