"I decided to bring my daughters in to try their affagatos. We usually go to gelato go but they don't open as early so we wanted to try here. We walked up to the counter and noticed to self order on the iPad so we did that but then my daughter wanted a cheesecake. After finally getting someone's attention I was told no, you can't add anything to your order on the iPad so I said okay I'll pay for that separately. (This was when the employee should've realized I was ordering on the iPad) So he rings us up for the cheesecake down the line, we sat down and ate it, 15 minutes go by, still no coffee, 20 minutes go by and people coming in after us are receiving their orders. I'm getting very annoyed when finally someone comes from the back and points out to the guy our order is still pending on the screen waiting to be made. So he finally stops wiping down bottles to make it, 20 minutes after the fact. No apologies no kindness just matter of fact here you go. After tasting, and seeing the poor presentation, the flavor of the gelato tasted very artificial and was very green like their may have been artificial eyes and such it just was not a pleasant experience overall. The dining area had a lot of crumbs and trash and the chairs were also dirty. From now on I'll definitely stick with gelato go as their presentation, taste, and customer service have been inmpecable."

"Beautiful cakes, sweet chocolate candies, coffee.etc. If you'd like a sweet treat this is it,may be a bit fancy but you'd really get what you pay for n so worth. Especially if you love chocolate. Had a dark chocolate mocha with whip cream n chocolate drizzle. Great way to start the morning. Both personnel were very nice."

"I would give it 3.5 stars but 3 will do. The chocolate is very good but over priced. We got the advertised Dubai Chocolate and strawberry cup.. $15 😧It is hard to justify the cost even while very good. The service is adequate and the environment is nice but seems a bit wonky in the layout. I would go back but only for a quick gift idea."

"Oh my goodness! My favorite new shop in winter garden. I’m a hot chocolate lover and a friend told me about this place. I loved the hot chocolate it was the best I’ve had since I was in Europe. The staff is friendly and attentive. I loved the fact you could see them making the desserts in the back. I also had a brownie that was rich, creamy and delicious. There was so much other beautifully made chocolate I wanted to taste. So I’ve have to go back."
