"I visited on a Saturday afternoon. The shop is airy, feels very spacious, and has a chic vibe. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, this is a housemate vanilla syrup. Unfortunately, no sugar free syrup was available. But it was a delicious vanilla flavor. The latte was delicious! Their espresso drinks are competitively priced. The shop recently opened, and many of their food items were not available. While I did not order a hot drink, i did see another order with really pretty latte art. The espresso machine was super cool looking. They have their own beans for sale as well. It is also situated next door to an adorable plant shop and a bicycle store; so plenty of things to while grabbing a coffee. There was ample seating and seemed very comfy."

"We stopped by the new Winter Haven this morning during their soft opening, and wow - this is everything a local coffee shop should be!!Gorgeous interior with a mix of couches and tables, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast food (including locally made bagels that are incredible!), and amazing coffee. One of my favorite things is when coffee is served in a REAL MUG and they actually do that here! I had the honey-cinnamon latte with oat milk and it was perfection - the syrup is made in-house and had just the right amount of sweetness (I like my drinks on the less sweet side). We met one of the owners, TJ, and he could not have been nicer. This will be our new coffee spot for sure!"

"I had lavender tea and bagel for my brunch. Portion is good, and tea is flavorful. I enjoy the vibe there that I could truly seat and focus on my daily task for couple hours."

"THE CUTEST NEW LITTLE COFFEE SHOP DOWNTOWN! Be warned they are cashless but it was so nice to be greeted by friendly faces and my coffee is fireeee. Honey cinnamon vanilla Carmel latte HOT and a black coffee for my mom! Delicious fresh bagels and a warmed up cheese danish yum yum yum. Will definitely be back soon!"

"Love the new Concord Coffee in Winter Haven! The coffee is excellent (the cappuccino is my favorite), but it’s also a good spot if you’re not a coffee person since they have lots of other options. The space is beautiful- open, light, and comfortable. The baristas are friendly and happy to recommend drinks. They also have great food and pastries."
