Their gelatos and sorbets are extremely delicious — super tasty, fresh, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. The texture is perfectly creamy, and the flavors are rich and authentic (you can tell the quality is 1000% there). I’ve visited many times, and it’s consistently excellent every single time. Today I just had to leave this review because places like this truly deserve recognition. If you’re anywhere near Winter Park, Gelato-go is an absolute must — the best option by far!"

"We always travel to this location because my husband loves the passion sorbet. We asked one of the employees if they had any, and she said they were out. But as we were finishing paying, more people arrived, and the employees started restocking—and the very first thing they brought out was the passion sorbet! Honestly, we were shocked 😮. There were three employees there—how is it possible that none of them had the empathy to go check in the back before telling us they didn’t have it? There are so many other places where we can enjoy great gelato and sorbet, and we usually stay loyal to this company. But, well, there’s nothing we can do. If the owners had been there, I don’t think this would have happened."
