"I have found my new go-to roaster to order coffee from. I'm usually a function-over-form kinda person but I love the packaging, the colors, the labels and design. I mean the coffee is beyond stellar as well but I feel like I needed to mention that this place is literally the entire package, even in the package. There are many places you can order your coffee from but I prefer to keep it local to the state, and it is difficult to find some quality coffee that isn't just standard, run-of-the-mill stuff or weird blends that make me question my identity (as in, should I just be drinking energy drinks instead? the answer is no, gross, go here instead). I ordered the Maria Soraia coffee and it is spot on with their stated tasting notes. Again, I REALLY like the packaging (I have gotten some good coffee from places that have just awful packaging that opens poorly and explodes when trying to open the top or just does not hold up well). The beans smelled so very good that I kinda want to see how I can concentrate the smell into some sort of candle or air freshener because it feels wrong that my mouth gets all the fun with this coffee and my nose gets only a fleeting tease. Overall I am thoroughly and beyond satisfied with not only my purchase but with Ligature Coffee as a whole, so I'm going to be ordering from them more often. I just wish I could drink more coffee daily without the caffeine effects because I want to order more and their other roasts. Also there's this really neat research from Australia recently that is looking into using used coffee grounds as a mixture with cement to form a more lasting substance that is not only stronger and malleable but also far more affordable AND does away with a lot of organic waste from us coffee drinkers. That does not really tie into my review of Ligature but I was drinking their coffee when I started writing the review and now we're in conversation mode. Have you tried Ligature Coffee yet?"
