Unfortunately, I came on a weekday morning and only one employee was working and the service was very slow. I didn't realize this and ordered my normal drink but ended up having to leave to go to work without ever getting my drink and just wasting my money. I understand that one person can only work so fast but I'm not sure why this location seems to be understaffed."
"I was in several weeks ago and all I wanted were two bagels no cream cheese. The employee rang up to bagels (charging me for cream cheese) then noted to make them without cream cheese charging me over $5 each. He said (I think his name was CJ) that he could not ring up two bagels without cream cheese. I have been to other Foxtails and I KNOW that they can sell plain bagels. Teach your employees on how run the store when they are the only one there. I left without buying anything and went to Publix, I would like to come back if you can remedy this situation,"
"9:35am Unfortunately, they only had one person there working. There was two young girls ahead of me and he was filling their order. But I waited as long as I could because I had an appointment at 10am. So I did not have enough time to enjoy my drink which I didn’t order because I knew that I couldn’t enjoy it. They need to have two people working. I’ve gone in there before and there’s only one person working."
"This is definitely the better Foxtail between Longwood and this location. I've noticed some people reviewed this one improperly due to confusion on the one in Longwood. The DT Winter Springs one has been nothing but consistent compared to the Longwood one. This particular Foxtail Coffee is great, thank you."
"Don’t recommend if you are in rush. Great for a casual, slow paced visit. There is only a few tables, so quite small. Came to have a business meeting. Free Wifi. Plug outlets. I suggest leadership consider having at least more than one (1) team member/associate/employee for the morning rush. I thought CJ was GREAT given he was the only employee taking the order, preparing it freshly for each client and did this for the time we were there (9am-11am) all by himself, and he had to at least have helped 20+ people? Loved the chocolate croissant, had it warmed up with a cup of Lavender Earl Gray."
