What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I came to this breakfast place due to its high reviews on google. I find myself not really understanding why. While it has decent tasting food, everything my guest and I ordered came out legitimately barely warm or actually cold. I’ve never had such lukewarm French toast in my life nor bacon at a restaurant that was sat in a cold room temperature. Very disappointed. The tv’s there also show off some of their food and my French toast breakfast was one of them. While I don’t expect my item to look exactly like the picture as good never does. I expected if it was shown to be covered in cornflakes and tons of berries that it would be. This place also claims on every employees shirt to be a “Great American Breakfast” however there are only 3 maybe 4 items on the menu that I would say classify as such while everything else tries to be but adds some unique modern touch to it, which isn’t a bad thing, just not quite what it claims to be. On a more positive note, the coffee here was fantastic. I wouldn’t be likely to come back here for any reason outside of potentially sipping on a coffee with a guest and sitting like it was a 2am Denny’s visit."
"I had a good experience at this restaurant! The staff were great as they do everything they can to make it as comfortable as possible (even if it does get very busy). The food is pretty good! Make sure to get on the waitlist ahead of time to get a table as it does get very busy with a crowd waiting for seating!"
"I want to share this experience so other veterans understand the expectations before visiting. On December 7, 2025, I called ahead to ask whether Reveille Cafe offered a military discount. I was told yes and mentioned that I would be ordering takeout. No limitations were explained during that call. When I arrived, I was informed that the military discount does not normally apply to takeout. I explained that this was not mentioned on the phone and that I would not have placed the order had I known. The employee acknowledged that it should have been communicated and honored the discount that day. The discounted charge is reflected on my card statement from that visit. Today, January 29, 2026, I returned to the same Acworth location, dined in with my wife and brother in law, and again asked about the military discount while presenting my military ID. I was then told that military discounts are only offered to active duty members, not 100% disabled veterans, and that veterans receive discounts only on the 11th of the month. This was the first time I had heard of these restrictions. None of this was communicated during my prior visit or phone call, nor was it mentioned when the discount was previously applied. I shared my prior receipt and card statement with the manager to explain the inconsistency and my confusion. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the mixed messaging, and no effort was made to address the situation or clarify expectations going forward. My concern is not about the discount itself, but about consistency and transparency. If discounts are limited by status, date, or dine-in versus takeout, that should be clearly communicated upfront, especially when customers call in advance to ask. The Managers disregard for my concern and inability to take care of of a disabled veteran was all I needed to see why I will not return to this restaurant in the future. It’s no wonder why the staff didn’t set proper expectations when I called in December. Improving staff communication and clearly posting their military discount policy so veterans can make informed decisions does seem like something Reveille is interested in."
"ABSOLUTELY LOVE REVEILLE!!!! They have the best and fresh food with amazing service to go along with it. They also provide discounts to veterans, active service, and seniors! A restaurant that cares for it’s community is one I support heavily. Highly recommend the Mystic French toast it’s something I always get. They also have the freshest orange juice I’ve had."
"This was some of the best breakfast I had in quite some time around the metro. With the cute decor and nice staff, you can't go wrong. Our waiter we had was really friendly, and that's what made this meal extra-ordinary. We ordered the lemon and blueberry pancakes, the pig out omelette and the blanco omelette. All of our plates were fantastic! All the food was well seasoned, not overly salty or sweet and were the perfect size! Plus, those grits were super creamy and had great flavor, which was a nice surprise! Plus, the orange juice we had was freshly squeezed because it literally tasted like it came right out of the orange with nothing added to it. With quite an expansive menu, we will definitely be back to try some of the other creations."
"This location has the best servers! They're more attentive and locked-in than the east Cobb location. Kudos to the chefs in the back."
