The atmosphere is cozy and travel-themed, which makes it feel like a little escape every time I walk in. Their coffee is sourced from a family farm in Brazil, and the sweet Pistachio Latte I tried today was incredible. The staff’s energy is contagious, making the place feel like a true family business. The owner was warmly greeting customers this morning, adding to the welcoming vibe. If you love good coffee as much as my wife and I do, and you’re a dog lover, this spot is perfect, pet-friendly with outdoor seating. Highly recommend!"

"Okay, keeping it 100, this place is a cute idea—like Instagram-worthy cute—but the employees… let’s just say “friendly” is not in their job description. The breakfast sandwiches? Imagine a Starbucks sandwich that decided it wanted to charge rent. And the coffee… oh, the coffee. Tastes like the machine hasn’t been cleaned since 2012. Why does my coffee taste like blue cheese!?! But the atmosphere is really cute… if that helps!"

"Boarding Pass Coffee continues to be one of my favorite spots in Alpharetta. The drinks are always top notch (who are we kidding — I haven’t met a coffee here that isn’t specialty-grade perfection). On this visit, my colleague Jamie had a hot coffee he couldn’t stop raving about — from the flavor to even the packaging design and “drip” (pun fully intended) marketing. I went with an iced caramel latte that was smooth, balanced, and absolutely dialed in. On a previous visit, I grabbed a Monsieur Croissant and it was just as fantastic. Whoever’s back in the lab creating these gems definitely deserves a raise. What really stood out this time, though, was the hospitality. AJ, who was leading the shift, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She even handled the not-so-fun part (gently letting us know they were closing after we’d overstayed — time flies when you’re having a good time 🤦‍♂️) with nothing but grace and warmth. Jamie couldn’t stop raving about both the coffee and the vibe, and I couldn’t agree more. It’s that mix of consistently excellent coffee, thoughtful food, and genuine hospitality that makes Boarding Pass such a standout. Huge kudos to AJ and the entire team for making each visit memorable."
