"The girls working the drive thru always have an issue with getting the order correct and I’m always missing an item. The food is good, but they are messy with the wrapping and the sandwich’s are always falling apart. I ordered two coffees this morning and half of one was just foam. The food and coffee are good, but they definitely need some improvements from management."

A perfect place to settle in for a study session, catch up on some work, or just unwind. The vibe here is exactly what the Americus neighborhood needed. The barista? Top-tier. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Honestly, give her (and the rest of the staff) a raise—without them, no coffee sales! Their hard work really shows, and they deserve all the credit. Now, the Coffee. Presentation? On point. The taste? Rivals Starbucks, if not better. They’ve got everything locked down to keep people coming back. All in all, excellent service. Keep it up!"

"The place is very inconsistent. You never get the same drink or meal twice. Some morning the staff are wonderful and make your order to perfection then other morning you ask for honey and sugar and it tastes like water. I think more training needs to be given so it will be consistent across the board. Had to send my order back 3 times for it still to come out incorrect. Will take a break from this establishment for a while."

"Being new to the area, I was excited to find a place that offered bagels and coffee. I tried a breakfast sandwich, and asked for the bagel to be toasted extra, cheddar cheese, sausage and cream cheese on the side. I received an almost cold bagel, Swiss cheese, and bacon. No cream cheese. I called and they offered me a free bagel for my troubles, so I went the next day. I asked for a bagel extra toasted, add cheddar cheese, and cream cheese on the side. I received a lightly toasted bagel, egg, and no cream cheese. I decided then that it would be a while before I would go back."
