"Parking is a nightmare. All of the spaces are reserved for other businesses, so if the two handicapped places are occupied, I have to park down the street. What kind of business doesn't have its own parking spaces? Second, I have a dairy sensitivity, but they charged me $1.25 for oat milk without telling me there was an charged. Third, my husband and I both got flavor in our coffee, but I was charged 50 cents for mine and he wasn't. My medium coffee ended up costing $7.40, which is way more than I pay just going to Starbucks, and Starbucks Coffee is superior. Won't be back. Also there's dogs everywhere, making it hard to get to the counter in the first place. Gross."
