"Ash is relatively new to Virginia Highlands but has most definitely taken the cake for the best coffee place in VaHi! The atmosphere is stunning with a small shop, lots of indoor tables, outdoor seating, and a couch nook in the back! They have nailed the decor! Ash is always full of people so depending on what time you go beware you may not find a table! They not only serve coffee but also delicious breakfast items and desserts! I would say 10/10 make sure to stop in here!!"

"so many coffee shops in atl, what makes this one special? poor service, decent coffee, bad pastries. we got the ube latte and chai with ube syrup. danish was very soggy on the bottom. asked about the basque cheesecake, they didn't acknowledge me. everyone else in the cafe had their order served on a plate or cup, but they just gave us a disposable with no cap and a bag for the pastry. that plus the dismissive, inattentive checkout experience made this 3/10. cafe's decor was cute from the outside but will not come back. really wanted to like this place! UPDATE: I originally gave 3/5 stars but had to change due to the owner's response. Weird to say that a customer is "embarrassing" for not taking self-service caps when my comment was about receiving a to-go when I requested dine-in + receiving an attitude at checkout."

"I loved Ash Coffee! The surrounding area feels really quaint and I found street parking easily nearby. I tried a salted brown butter pumpkin latte which was on their seasonal menu, and I really enjoyed it. They sell really cute gift items, but it does take up about half of the area. There’s a lot of tables but they’re clustered kind of close together."

"Great coffee, great vibes, great food and a fun shop inside. Been here a few times and today I got a chai latte + ube syrup and Italian sandwich. My wife always gets the vegan sausage biscuit. Yum and perfect place to yap or work"
