"There’s a young girl with braids constantly scratching her head, not washing her hands, and handling food. This has happened several times since I’ve attempted to purchase coffee, but soon as I see this, it’s a no for me! Yesterday as I was walking by, she was on her phone and scratching her head. I have yet to see her wash her hands like Victoria and the other employees."
