"I just had the most disrespectful customer service at Star bucks in the women’s center. Asked for a honey citrus mint tea. Normally when I ask, the cashier may say we don’t have the ingredients. This cashier on Saturday morning did not allow me to complete what I wanted, she interrupted me. Of course she said they do not make the tea. I just had it in Wednesday from the identical place. Asked if they had banana walnut loaf, she told me she did not know and I should look. Of course I told her there were no names on the items. She then realized there no names. I did not want my load heated, she did without asking. Terrible customer service. Then I over heard her telling another customer thank you for being nice. No manager in sight to speak to. This woman needs some training. My one business may not matter because I do not frequent this location."

"Lady behind the counter was extremely nice to the black man in front of me. When I got to the counter, her whole attitude changed. Seems like only black people are allowed to shop at this location without being talked down to. I'd advise to get better help that's not an old racist lady."

"Don’t spend your money here. The staff is rude and obnoxious. Audacity is at an all time high in america. Wish that would be the same for customer service. The word on the labor and delivery floor is that all 3 women who work there have the worst attitude."

"Has all the Starbucks branding and items on display, but when I asked for a drink they were literally advertising next to the checkout counter, the lady looked at me like an idiot and told me “we’re not a real Starbucks we don’t have that”. Based on other reviews, rudeness seems to be an ongoing issue. Just grab something from the vending machine and save yourself an interaction with these people. They apparently don’t sell most of the stuff they have on display anyways."

"Ok for what it is. Hospital coffee shop with pre packaged muffins, sandwiches and drinks. Specialty coffees. I received decent service, but this place is largely serving a captive audience so employee motivation may be less than 100%."
