What People Are Saying
from Google"Perfect place to grab a latte and breakfast! They carry Intelligensia which is nice because the coffee/espresso actually tastes good. The selection of breakfast options is also pretty varied and convenient to have access to. I’ve had their bacon egg cheese croissant as well as their sausage egg cheese croissant. I’m trying out the chia see yogurt today!"
"On January 14, 2026, I had an unpleasant experience at that location. The employee who was working there was very rude and disrespectful. Due to his attitude, I have decided that I will never return to that place if I see him again."
"The lady that works there never says hello to me. I have noticed her demonstrating similar treatment towards other women of color (black women in particular) not so much with other ethnicities. This is unfortunate since she is also a woman of color. She will sit down in a chair, with her head phones on, even when she sees a customer waiting. She will look at you, then go right back to watching her phone. You have to ask her to assist you. If you do not ask for assistance, she will continue to ignore you. She gets irritated when asked warm up the cold food (that is refrigerated and can't be eaten cold.) She will not offer you a bag and gets irritated if you ask her for one. She never smiles. Never thanks you for your business. She is very rude. I feel degraded every time. I only go there as a last resort for lunch. Today I waited 5 minutes and she never said anything. I eventually gave up and went to the convenience store."
"The individual who took my order did not greet me, she only stared at me. I was the only person at the counter, so this was a strange encounter for me. Neither her nor the other staff member bothered to even ask me anything about placing my order, so I just asked to order a macchiato. The macchiato was okay, but not worth the bad customer service."
"Good latte and sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit"
