"I recently hosted a baby shower here. The manager, Stephen, couldn't have been more accommodating. The food and service was excellent and all the guests had a fantastic time. Everything was up to the standard that one would expect from a Neiman Marcus product. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the food and service received. I am always shocked to find out how few people know about this restaurant. It is a delightful place to meet for lunch when shopping and easy to stop by for a meal when you are in the area simply by stopping by and using the Cafe's direct entrance in the parking deck behind Neiman's. The broth and fresh baked popovers are always included. Everyone always feels a bit "spoiled" having a meal there. Restaurants in department stores are always a bit of a "throwback" to a simpler time. I highly recommend a meal there if you haven't tried it."

"The Neiman Marcus cafe is my favorite get away spot for a light lunch, because the consommé is always delightful with the strawberry cream butter and flaky popover. Next is the ice peach tea and I always get a glass to go. Expect them to be a little slow, and don’t complain about slow service….because he’s a nice host but it’s worth the wait and it’s an always popular to the shoppers and employees. Lunch is whatever is seasonal and the menu changes but I always enjoy the salads or light salmon selections. I hope you enjoy as well."

"Food was ok I don’t expect much from a clothing store restaurant however the service at the bar was good and drinks were solid. The bartender was attentive and made good drinks and was friendly, I believe her name was Kristina. Definitely a nice environment to patronize after a day of spending your hard earned money."

"After years of wanting to try this place, I finally stopped in. I had the classic ginger peach tea, the popover with the most decadent strawberry butter, the delicious she crab soup, and the luxurious Seafood Louie salad. Next time, I’m getting a big bowl of the She crab soup. It’s THAT good!"
