"Generous portions! I ordered a 1/2 chicken meal with corn, rice, beans and 4 tortillas - plus guacamole. It was all fresh and delicious. This is a GENEROUS portion. The chicken has a good char flavor without tasting burnt. After initially eating it, I still had leftovers for 2 more days by myself. My only wish is that food readiness more moisture didn’t get a bit dry the next day when I hear it up."

"I had a feeling the food was going to be good when we walked in. The parking lot was pretty full, there were customers dining both inside and outside. There was also a steady flow of customers picking up orders inside and at the drive up window. The restaurant itself is clean, and the staff is efficient. We ordered the Whole Bird Combo to go. It came with rice, beans, tortillas, chips, guacamole, and salsa. Our family absolutely loved it. The chicken had a delicious seasoning on it, and it was super moist. The sides were also good. Especially the beans and tortillas. Yum! Great food at a great price. We fed our family for around $35 and everything was delicious. Highly recommend."

"The food was very mediocre as a person who likes flavor along with seasoning Not to be confused with Salty it was BLAND AT BEST. I spent $80: I got 2 whole Chickens, Rice and Beans: $65; Guacamole and Chips: $10. The chicken could have benefited from a brine that way it is seasoned to the bone without being Salty. The seasoning that was on the chicken was bitter and the chicken needed salt/ seasoning and some type of sweet sauce to balance out the flavor. Both the rice and beans needed can benefit from a deeper flavored stock. The Guacamole was lacking flavor and was okay. I make better Guacamole. The chips were SUPER GREASY!!! Definitely Not Worth $10. The Tortillas were grilled and I can appreciate the char and flavor that the grill gave the Tortillas but they were hard and tough to eat( it gave store bought because of how hard they were and when I tried to reheat them it was like a hockey puck. I WOULD ONLY RETURN IF CHANGES ARE MADE."

"First time visiting Pollo Primo and it's my new favorite spot! 🥰 The Margarita was one of the best I've ever had! 🥂 If I could give this place a 10 ⭐ then I would gladly do so. The food was DELICIOUS!! ❤️❤️"

"service at the pickup window was super prompt! i did miss it the first time and took an unnecessary loop around the place… but that’s on me i fear chicken was really beautifully roasted, but imo it looked a little better than it tasted! the seasonings were lovely and smoky and it was cooked nicely, but i found it just a tad bit lacking in salt. rice and beans were delicious though! nothing to complain about in terms of quantity. i got the half chicken with the intent to split between 2 meals, but i got full after eating just a third of the meal. very satisfied with the value!"
