"I've come here a few times and always leave happy. Compared to other coffee shops, the latte's aren't overly sweet and the owner is almost always working the bar. The barista's have been incredibly kind, and they roast coffee on site. The Gulab Jumun with an extra shot has been my go-to. Not being from south Asia / India, I am certainly not an expert, but I quite like this place none the less. The Chai is also not overly sweet like you will find in almost any coffee shop in the states. The prices are also very reasonable for the area. All of the pastries are made in-house which most coffee shops don't do either. The vibe is a little bit modern and imho could use a little bit more cozy, and a little less industrial feel, but that is more of a product of the building then it is the actual coffee shop. Myself and my wife will be coming here many more times in the future. For the nay-sayers, I would honestly say talk to the shop owner. She is almost always there and is incredibly kind, and I am sure would be receptive. Better to do that then to harm a locally owned business here. Just my opinion though."

"everything is the highest quality. got the salted jag latte (favorite) and gulab jamun latte. the cardamom bun, pinwheel, and biscuit were STELLAR 100000/10. service is sweet and ambience is beautiful. clean, community-oriented. i like how you can sit in a more casual couchy space near the window or get work done at the high tables. i need to come back and buy every pastry."

"I had a couple of hours before leaving Atlanta and couldn’t miss stopping by Raani Cafe—and I’m so glad I did! The cardamom latte was absolutely authentic, aromatic, and full of flavor. I also loved their Madras kaapi, which truly hit all the right notes. The masala cheddar biscuit was yummy and really enjoyable, and the cardamom coriander bun was great as well—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. The smoked tomato curry biscuit, however, didn’t quite work for me. The jaggery chocolate chip cookie was a standout—top-notch, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. The ambience deserves a special mention: earthy, warm, and beautifully connected to its roots. Overall, a lovely spot for soulful coffee and unique treats. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Atlanta!"

"This is such a special coffee spot! The staff is so warm and kind and all the drinks are exceptional! I especially love the chai and madras kaapi! There’s literally nothing like it in Atlanta. The space is so cool and inviting. Lots of seating and delicious baked goods are cooked in house and come out fresh all day long! You have to try the warm sun-dried tomato curry leaf biscuit!!! Love this place so much. So excited to keep coming back!"

"Came here for the second Sunday of the shop being open. Thanks to the Social media team to getting the word out there that the shop was open. This shop happened to be in a spot my wife and I frequently drive by , but never noticed. I’m super glad we stopped by because the experience provided today was worth the visit! We came in on a beautiful sunny day, and entered in to a bustling crowd of customers. There was a very nice cultural ambience to shop with colorful decor and furniture. I ordered the Chai and my wife had the Gulab Jamun latte. In the waiting process for our drinks, we were actually able to talk to the owner for a little bit while she was preparing a fresh batch of Chai and hear a little about the shop from her. The quality of the drinks rivals that of the large shops, but having a locally owned shop provide this quality for an affordable price makes me much happier to go as well. I will be returning many times in the future to enjoy the drinks and try more of the items. One idea I would have to add though: If the store starts to sell merchandise, I would definitely be happy to grab some, as I imagine many other customers would as well!"
