"When I moved across the street last August, I was extremely excited because I love the Savi’s downtown however, this is not the same. I have no idea when they restock…. if they restock at all. I was looking forward to this wine spritzer that’s been out for three weeks and my girlfriend had this bottle of wine for her birthday in November. That was the last one and it’s still not there. Not only that, but recently, I who do not eat pork for religious purposes, ordered a breakfast sandwich that was made with pork bacon, and when I called to let them know that I heard not one iota of concern they simply asked me “So what do you want your money back or a new one?l” It would’ve been nice to have received some sort of apology or even a credit as I frequent the store often, and ended up physically ill, but I have come to understand that the workers are much more pleasant than whoever the owner and managers are."

"I don’t understand the high reviews on this place, it’s like an upscale gas station with no gas. Pictures way oversell it. Had a bad breakfast burrito and an ok breakfast sandwich. People were nice I just felt deceived."

"The people who operate this franchise are really kind and sweet. I love stopping by for breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, or chocolate chip cookies, which they make daily. They keep a lot of staples in stock, which is really helpful and convenient. I hope this place stays around for a while."

"Heads up: hours online and on the door are incorrect. They apparently close at 9? I came by after dinner and specifically didn’t stop elsewhere to stop here, close to home, and at 9:15 and the doors were locked. I called to ask if I was mistaken and whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude when I asked if the hours were incorrect so I didn’t make the mistake again and just replied “yeahhh … we’re closed.” And then hung up. Great customer service. Super disappointing when you’re trying to support smaller stores vs bigger retailers. I won’t be back to this location and don’t recommend coming here."
