They have a small library of books for your leisure. There’s parking available, which makes visits super convenient, and honestly—nothing beats that first sip. They offer a small menu of kitchen items including avocado toast. I had an iced coffee that hit the spot for a quick grab and go drink on a hot day."

"The first time I have ever had Iced Matcha was here. One of the lovely staff members, recommended how to make it and I have been in love with the drink ever since. The team is light-hearted, friendly and they even make an effort to remember your name if you are a regular which is appreciated. I have been going to this location for over year now. I enjoy studying here, seeing the friendly staff members and of course the match and extra grilled blueberry muffin. Highly Recommended!"

While they use Intelligentsia beans, I believe the quality has declined, and the coffee beans would have been considered great 10-15 years ago, but not in 2025. Intelligentsia Beans are as bad as Starbucks Cheers!"
