"I had a very disappointing dining experience here. I came here for lunch on a recent Sunday. The atmosphere was nice and nothing seemed amiss when our server, Tyler, brought us our coffee and waters. After we placed our order though, we did not see Tyler, or any other server, for 40 minutes. No one came to check if we needed more water or coffee or to tell us the kitchen was backed up. After 40 minutes, we finally received our food. I had ordered the Bananas Foster French Toast. There were 2 banana slices in the dish. The flavor of the french toast was good, but why advertise it as bananas foster when you can't even include bananas? After the food runners dropped off our food, we continued to receive no service. Had to flag down another server to get our check. We asked that server if we could speak to a manager, but of course that started becoming a long wait, so we gave up. All checks include an automatic 18% gratuity which is why they can get away with such lousy service. They can also get away with lousy service because there aren't many places to dine near the aquarium. When establishments don't treat customers well, it really ruins the experience."

"Happened to visit here while coming to the Georgia aquarium and what a gem. It's so beautiful, the atmosphere was incredible, the drinks were good and food was better! Our server was a gem and a half, definitely recommend if you're in the area and check out the signature cola coffee, it's so good!"

"This place was such a pleasant surprise! The Terrace Café has a relaxed, classy vibe — perfect for grabbing a drink with a view. The patio seating is beautiful, especially if the weather’s nice. You get a great view of the surroundings, and it feels peaceful even though you’re right near the action. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and it was such a refreshing treat! The layers looked beautiful — bright green matcha over a sweet strawberry milk base. The flavors blended really well, not too sweet, and the matcha had a nice earthy kick without being bitter."
