"Wasn't much open nearby so I grabbed a bite here after attending a comedy show at Laughing Skull Lounge. I was pleasantly surprised. Loved the laid back vibes and eclectic decor. The chicken rolls were to die for and the hell's fury burger was definitely not for sissies 🥵😋 Service was good as well. If I was an Atlanta resident Vortex would for sure be one of my regular hang out spots."

"I've heard about this place for a long time and finally decided to try it. I loved the atmosphere and all the flair on the walls. The staff were hip and a lot of them had cool shirts on. We got the Cheeseballs-o-Glory for our appetizer. They had great cheese-pull and were fried perfectly. The burgers on the other hand are simply out of this world. Be prepared to unhinge your jaw or cut it up into smaller pieces because they are stacked high with awesome toppings. We ordered the Four Horsemen burger and the KA’MANA WA’NA LEI’YA burger. If it's busy, parking can be a little bit of a struggle, but it didn't take us too long to wait for a spot on a Saturday evening."

"Staff is friendly. And we managed to get a seat at the top loft at the time when the atmospheric lights come on. We ordered the BBQ Bacon Mac and cheese burger medium well, one with fries, and one with onion rings. I must say I thought the bacon would be mixed in with the Mac and cheese and that there would be a good amount more of the Mac and cheese topping the burger. (This was like a spoonful of Mac and cheese, which ultimately did nothing for the flavor of the burger). The burger was fluffy and moist throughout with a good balance of savory and salty. The bread could have been better if it was a sweeter bun. The fries were recommended and I must agree. The onion rings were not the best, mostly breading and mildly sweet and quite crunchy. The atmosphere is campy and pleasant."

"First time I visited here was years ago around 2018 at the time I believe. I placed a to go order at the time it was smoking allowed it was overwhelming a whole cloud through out the place. Once I got my order I never returned. I actually live like four miles away now I just recently read on the website that they discontinued smoking in 2019 which is great I found this out after placing my order.I got my food through Uber Eats. I ordered a cheeseburger with pimento cheese and crinkle fries. The burger has a char to it and the fries are great also. I think that a sauce would add to the burger though. I got my food on 1-26-2026. Pull up and check them out for yourself."

"This establishment is very clean inside. The bar area, dining, and men's restroom were clean. The staff was kind and said welcome as you entered. The atmosphere comfortable and cozy. I only had the hot wings because I went there to watch football. This is not the place to watch sports because the only have 2 small T.V.'s ans if you're at the bar the T.V.'s are to your back. Free parking if you use there spots."
