"The place is great, coffee is good as well, suitable for catching up w friends. However, NOT suitable for working bcs all the power outlet have been closed."

"This is my last time attempting to get something from this location. I say attempt because this is also the third time that Gotten there when they open in the shop is open, but there is no one at the counter. Myself and other customers have waited for long periods of time and no one has come to take our order. The times when I have been successful in ordering, I have had to deal with some of the most unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from one of the workers there. I have tried discussing this with management and calling, but I have never received a call back. I understand that things happen sometimes, but these things seem to happen every single time that I come and try to order my drink. It’s very disappointing because I love the quality of the Matcha here in the flavor of the beverages."

"Both the espresso and cold brew they serve here is great. Prices are also very good. A great spot to come during the day to work as it's usually pretty quiet. They also validate the parking here, so you don't have to enter the Whole Foods."

"Terrible service. I’ve given this place multiple tries since it’s nice to grab a coffee after grocery shopping but today was the last straw. I walk up, with several workers behind the counter. They were all doing things, so I understood they were busy but after a minute or so I asked if they were open. A guy bent over doing something with the fridge never looks up and rudely says, “Ma’am I’m busy with something I’ll be with you in a minute.” While another worker just walks by without any acknowledgment. Definitely won’t be visiting again since their customers are not important to them."

"Coffees are really good and within a good price range. Not too many healthy breakfast options other than parfait. A good place to grab a quick bite, while shopping at Whole Foods. Located in the basement of Whole Foods, and is also accessible from 14th street. Good seating options too, if one wants to catch up on some work etc."
