"In very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant.I pleased an order the day before and the bread was extremely hard , impossible to bite. But I decided to give them another try but they completely forgot my order. When I picked up my food today the owner instead of apologizing to me for what happened rudely told me he had already discounted my order last time “ even though that wasn’t true and he clearly confused me with another co-worker . I told him I wasn't expecting him to give me the food for free, but at least I'd appreciate an apology for what happened. I told him that I will not be ordering again, and we respond, Well dont, I’ve never been treated with such a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I will no be returning, and I hope Management takes this as an opportunity to improve how they treat customers."
