"Service is sometimes slow, one at a time. Employees should learn how to multitask. There's never any bacon. I don't understand that when the main cafe is just down the street (on the same street). Also need more variety. There's also no sausage for sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches. A better variety of bagels would be nice too. Sandwiches are extremely hot and usually the eggs are burnt."

"I stop by here a lot for coffee when I'm in the cyber center. I'm always happy with what I receive. To me, a local restaurant always beats a chain like Starbucks. I used them for catering an event recently, and was quite impressed with their ability to accommodate food allergies. I had some attendees with shellfish and tree nut allergies who were able to eat the meal. They even had great vegan options. I got several compliments afterwards from attendees on the catered lunch, so I definitely plan on using them again."

"Found Buona Caffe via a Google search and it's definitely a gem. We sat in the outdoor patio area which was very nice; they also indoor seating. I ordered ice coffee (no sugar) and a pastry which was warm and delicious. When I am in the local area and need a place to study or just want to grab a cup of coffee and warm pastry or sandwich, Buona Caffe it is!"

"Dead slow and took forever to make a single coffee. Waited 20min to finally get to order, and the person behind me then orders food. They start right to work on his food which was super slow, and finally make it to my singular coffee. I originally thought it was common sense to serve your customers in order but whatever. Just go to Ubora instead, the coffee is better, the sizes are larger, and they're way faster."

"Friendly staff, good selection of beverages. Slightly disappointed they stopped carrying a plain black tea, as I can't stand Earl Grey, but there have several varieties of loose leaf teas. Biggest area of improvement would be labeling the food items. Several times I have asked what flavor scones they have and they aren't really sure, I find this disconcerting. Today, I asked for a chocolate chip cookie and ended up with chocolate peanut butter chip. I should be able to inquire as to what they have on offer and for the wait person to answer confidently. I wouldn't recommend anyone with food allergies to purchase food items here."
