"It is a well-decorated, clean space where everything feels very open and connected. The barista was friendly and did an excellent job making our drinks. I enjoyed trying both the mexican chili and mocha. I most recommend the first. As a chocolate fanatic, I felt that the mocha’s chocolate flavor was less strong than my personal preference. I appreciated the variety of seating. I could imagine myself getting work done here in an afternoon."

"Love Trellis- Vibe 9/10, Food 9/10, Today’s customer service at the register 2/10. Chick at the register was giving snide and condescending-ish demeanor. No one needs it. This genius handed me a knife facing me - let’s use our brain. In my many experiences there’s been a kind young lady with glasses. She’s always pleasant. The woman (short hair) making the cafes was very nice The one today should stay in the back. No personality what so ever to interact with customers. She had thin, brown hair brush back or down. The food was OK (Focaccia breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, and Gouda) $10 - not worth. Apparently, this was their replacement seller for their yummy Focaccia Bread w. hash browns, sausage, and egg). Love the ambiance! Cozy and inviting! You will enjoy Trellis so long as you are greeted with kindness. :)"

"We are visiting Augusta and came across Trellis. It is a funky coffee shop that has a chill vibe. We came here on a Sunday and much to our delight they serve the most amazing cinnamon buns and their coffee is top notch. We couldn’t stop talking about it and it was such a positive experience that we stopped by on a Monday too. This time, my husband had a cinnamon swirl coffee cake to go with his morning coffee. We were hoping for another cinnamon bun but they are only available on Sundays. I had one of their signature lattes and it was delicious. The building looks like it was an old gas station and has been significantly renovated and remodeled to be a place you could go alone and read or have conversations with friends. Great decor, comfortable furniture and a patio outside for those with dogs. Excellent place and even though we don’t live close, we would come back on a Sunday for those delicious cinnamon buns and a coffee."
