"I usually enjoy the experience at Ellianos but I’m on a mission to find the best pumpkin spice. I order the hot pumpkin spice in a medium and received a small iced one instead. I have never had an iced one so I said it was fine. The flavor is chalky compared to their more competitive companies. I also ordered a cinnamon bagel since they did not have the pumpkin muffin at this location. Typically they are toasted but today it was warm like they had stuck it in the microwave so the bagel was soft with no crunch, and then added cream cheese. Service was friendly although not accurate. Not a favorite for fall flavors."
