"Watch out on added fees and prices. Asked for a butter brew cold was charged for additional items that I didn't ask for. Asked for a small was informed that they had no small cups so why is it my fault that you want charge me for a medium just do a small serving and at to a medium cup. Wife wanted a medium frappe with a shot of espresso. Was told that the espresso would turn the frappe into water. Need some new baristas or management. Will not return to a subpar coffee shop."

"I'm not normally one to write reviews, but seeing the abnormally low rating for what I consider my go-to place for good coffee is kind of disappointing. I'm a big fan of their Mocha Frappe's, and I've never had any customer service issues."
