"I used to enjoy coming here for their matcha tea, but I recently had a bad experience. I arrived an hour before close, and it took a while to be greeted as the employees were working in the back. They said they were relieved that I was just buying tea, as they had just cleaned the coffee maker. Overall, the quality of the service and the tea was lower than previous visits. I'd recommend going elsewhere if it's later in the day."
