"This is the closest seven brew to me. I have to make a 25 to 30 minute drive to it, but I really do prefer it over the Starbucks in my town. The employees really helped me explore new items on the menu! Especially Gio. He always has the best recommendations! He was quick to fix an issue I had when I felt that the drink I get often was made incorrectly. He apologized and remade it himself. I really do appreciate the customer service here aswell as the understanding staff and management. I also feel that the energy that I get from the people there is always uplifting and energetic. Everyone seems to be in a great mood and they don't care when I take my phone out to show them a TikTok of a new drink I want to try. They always do their best to make it for me."
