"My friend and I visited here while we were in Carrollton for the day. She got the iced matcha and I got the iced cookie butter breve. The drinks were just okay, not delicious but decent. We probably won’t go out of our way to go back. I had previously seen comments about the employees not being overly friendly and looked like they didn’t want to be there and I have to say I agree. We were greeted by a younger girl when we walked in but she didn’t smile or talk much and wasn’t helpful in the decision making process. The atmosphere felt very quiet and somber as well."

"The coffee here is usually pretty good. I went in before Christmas to get coffee and buy a gift card. The register had no receipt tape nor did they have any to put in it. I really needed a receipt so I had to use an alternative form of payment. On the same day, I wanted to buy a gift card, but there were no sleeves to put the cards in so I decided to come back a few weeks later and get it. Came back 2-3 weeks later….still no sleeves. Sometimes, both locations could use someone who is friendlier and wants to interact with the public. The coffee is not bad, but their overall organization of the business could use some work."

"Inside of the shop is very quiet and decorated very nicely. I like how the menu has a ton of drink options that are all reasonably priced. I tried an iced latte with the cookie butter flavor and it was very good! Not too sweet, and the espresso tastes like it’s good quality. The baristas were friendly and made our drinks pretty quickly. Overall, a very nice coffee/beverage shop. I just hope the location doesn’t cause them issues to get business since it’s tucked away. It’s definitely a hidden gem!"
