"Enjoyable brewery! Carrollton now boasts three spots…Dream City, Local Ties, and Printer’s Ale. All three are worth visiting making Carrollton an unofficial beer destination. Had a flight and a few full pours, so I drank every beer currently available on tap. The space itself is nice, and the staff are very attentive. Bathrooms smell and look clean, there’s a water station, and stickers cost $2.50 a piece. The only downside was being mobbed by three flies while sitting on the patio. They were landing on me like I owed them money. I couldn’t find a dumpster so not sure where they originated from, but the flies were annoying enough to move me inside. Overall, it’s a good spot that you can hit up before or after Local Ties..being a short walk away. Joel & Co. are doing good work in downtown Carrollton."

"I am so glad they are open! Love the cold brew and cold foam. The chai iced latte and the mocha latte are also delicious! Great prices! Since they’re less expensive than a major chain, I can go more often. Beautiful location, great service, efficient. One day I’m going to be able to dine in and enjoy the full experience. For now, the to-go option has been perfect."
