"My friend got the snow mint mocha. It seems to be like what the peppermint white mocha from Starbucks. Only not good. I asked for 2 of the snowmen decorated cookies and I got 2 chocolate chip cookies. Those were good though. I ordered a white hot chocolate with Carmel and got I have no idea, some weird thing with teddy bear. Made no sense at all. Got a refund on my drink because it was a bit confusing what I ordered I guess from what they said."

"Great coffee shop that put Starbucks to shame. The coffee is fresh, employees are friendly and very helpful, and the atmosphere is casually relaxing. Their prices are a little higher, BUT!!! Their Medium is as much as a Starbucks Venti or a Duncan Large. Unfortunately I did not try any of their food options but from what I saw on the faces of other customers, they were enjoying what they has. So take a moment out of your day and give them a try. You most likely will have a new coffee shop and ditch all the others."

The coffee was smooth, balanced, and exactly what I needed. No burnt aftertaste, no shortcuts. Huge shout-out to Cisco. That kind of service is rare. Friendly without being over the top, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely happy to help. Cisco made great recommendations and kept things moving without rushing anyone. That alone sets the tone for the whole place. If this is the standard Biggby is setting, they’re going to do very well here. Great coffee, great people, and a strong first impression. I’ll absolutely be back."

"Took my mother here the other night for hot chocolate and was so impressed! Abby took our order and was super kind and helpful! Cisco, well he took the experience to the next level! My mother is deaf, and he instantly realized it( without seeing her sign) he slowed his speech and let her read his lips. He was so personable and kind. What took this experience to the next level, was he looked up how to say enjoy in asl and have a good day and my mother was in tears. No one has ever done that for her before."
