Wow this was my second time and his first time visiting and we both agree that we will be back and make this our permanent coffee shop. "The absolute best coffee chain around! My husband and I are huge coffee drinkers & love to go to different coffee spots, big or small. We stumbled up upon Ellianos when it first opened and Cartersville & it very quickly became our fave coffee! We live across town but will always go the extra mile just to come to this location. The coffee is so smooth & delicious & the staff, specifically a young lady named RAINEY are so friendly & it is so refreshing to have such a positive experience every time. 10/10 recommend this little gem of a coffee spot!"

"Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience. I’m usually not one to complain especially when the product I received was amazing but the service was poor and I was disappointed. I believe the young woman who served me was named Payton, and unfortunately she was extremely rude. Everything she was doing was rushed and the way she spoke to me was unprofessional. No “have a good day” or even a “hello” in my opinion those are basic customer service skills. Hopefully all the employees aren’t this way because my drink was delicious!"

"I was so excited about Ellianos Coffee opening up in the area. I literally watched it grow up from day 1 in 2024 when they had the coming soon banner till opening day. The food and drinks I ordered was a 10/10 love the to go plates style. The gentleman greeted us and was so full of energy as well as the ladies at the drive through very sweet and welcoming. "I recently just moved to Cartersville and was passing by this cute little shop and I told my fiancée let’s go there one day, he did a u-turn and we hoped right in line, I must say not only was the freezer drink and his iced coffee very yummy but the people there are just so wholesome, and welcoming! I told the older gentleman that it was our first time there and as we are ready to leave he gives us a blueberry muffin, it was warm and probably the best one I have ever had! Starbucks and dunkin have nothing on this little coffee shop! 10/10 would recommend! And will be making this my daily coffee stop when I’m out and about 😊"
