from Google"This was my first and last time at this business. The coffee was a bit weak and watered down. But the bigger problem was the actual service. I went through the drive thru and asked if they could use my coffee mug and was told no. That was not a problem and I told them I would just pour it into my mug and they can throw their paper cup away. I get my drink and tell them to hold on while I pour it over so they can throw their paper cup in the trash. The girl tells me they can't do that. WHAT?! She couldn't throw away the paper cup that I told her I didn't want in the first place. I don't have this problem at any one of the many other local coffee shops so congrats on losing my future business over a paper cup."
