He was welcoming, professional, and clearly cares about both customers and his team. You can tell the store is well-run because of him. I’ll definitely be back!"

So we asked “What do you have?” and she never replied so we got one simple donut and asked very respectfully if they were changing their menu. The girl was very rude and ignored us. "I’m disappointed in my experience with this location today. I ordered the “$8.88 forever dozen” on 9/17 for delivery. I received a plain dozen. I called the store and they did not answer. I get that sometimes speciality doughnuts run out, however as someone who worked in the food industry you should either contact the consumer and/or substitute the item for one of the same value."
