"I was really excited to try this café for the first time after seeing on the website that it's Black woman-owned. Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star. The food wasn't seasoned, and the service left a lot to be desired. We weren't greeted when we arrived or thanked when we left. Even when I stated that it was my first time here, there were crickets until I had to ask what were popular menu items. The overall vibe didn't feel very welcoming or hospitable. For example, no silverware was brought out with our second dish, which was frustrating. I ordered a large chai and a large loose leaf jade tea. The jade tea was plain, lacked flavor, and cost over $4. I went back to the counter to order another large chai, and asked if they could just swap out the tea bag instead since i already paid for the jade tea. While they did make a new tea, they gave me a smaller cup — and only filled it halfway, even though I paid full price.. I really wanted to like this place, but the attention to detail and customer experience just wasn't there. Over $50 for disappointment. Sad that I tipped.."

"We had an amazing experience at Just Love Café! The girls behind the counter really knew the menu and gave us perfect suggestions. We tried the Wombletta, smoothies, coffee, Nutella waffles, and the Nana cinnamon waffles – everything was absolutely delicious. Service was quick, the café was spotless, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. We can only recommend this place to everyone, and we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"My husband and I just stumbled into this cafe. I wanted a salad or something healthy which they didn’t really have so my husband ordered a BLT to go. We just got home. He literally had 1 and a half pieces of bacon in his sandwich. One side only had 1-2 piece of bacon. There was also no dressing or sauce on the side as there was supposed to be. So he had plain bread with lettuce and tomatoes. I hate to give such a cute place a bad review but there is no way they should be serving food like this. The potato shoots were also soft."

"Fantastic food with excellent customer service, with a super welcoming staff. This was our first time trying JUST LOVE Coffee and Cafe, we found it on our way back from the airport to Marietta. Gorgeous, safe location with plenty of parking. Clean restrooms and tons of healthy menu choices. The very kind owner took our order. The food was 10 out of 10. 🤩 I told the barista what I wanted to drink and she custom created a coffee for me that was one of the best I’ve ever had. I just wish it was closer to my home so I could come back for more! Maybe next to airport run."
