"Overall We love this bakery and would absolutely return. It feels like a thoughtful, quality driven spot that’s doing something a little different: French style pastries with a Korean bakery influence, especially the lower sweetness level. Food and Menu This is a French bakery vibe with Korean style sensibilities (aka not a sugar bomb). Many items are intentionally less sweet, which we really appreciated. Their most popular item seemed to be the flan, and they also had other classic French style treats like financiers (pronounced “fee non syay” - or close enough to not embarrass yourself 😄). Everything we tried felt carefully made. Ingredients and Quality They emphasize organic ingredients and low sugar baking, and it shows. The baked goods taste clean, balanced, and not overly heavy. You can tell the focus is on ingredient quality and proper technique rather than just sweetness. Service and Experience Exceptional service. The woman at the front was genuinely kind and welcoming and took time to explain ingredients, quality, and even when certain desserts are at their best. That level of care made the experience feel personal and elevated. Price and Value Pricing felt pretty average for a specialty bakery, and the value is strong considering the organic, low sugar focus and overall quality. Deals and Discounts Good perk: after 4:30, they offer discounts. Items made yesterday or the day before were about 30% off, which is great if you want to try more items or stock up without paying full price. Would we return? Yes, 100%. If you like French pastries but prefer a less sweet, more balanced Korean bakery style, this place is a winner."

"Interesting name. Museum, was thinking it would have tons of bread options instead, personalized pastries. They are unique and fancy looking. The atmosphere is perfect throughout. Nice touches in the main area and in the restroom. You may have never seen before and interesting things you’d want to try. The prices are moderate, they aren’t low priced for sure. Nice gentleman helping us. We got the Almond and the pistachio fancier pastry, and it was my type of sweet as it had no icing although they have various types of cakes, coffee, and lattes and such. The lounge area is premium as many people were relaxing in the nice seats. I’d come back to eat here and highly recommend. Something different."

"So happy to finally find a place offering such high-quality desserts. I’m a big canelé fan, and theirs is the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crisp outside and soft, custardy inside. The tigre, flan, and éclairs were all rich, buttery, and beautifully balanced. I’ve also had their café latte, and it was excellent — smooth, creamy, and pleasantly nutty. Highly recommended if you enjoy a soft, well-balanced latte. The desserts feel very gift-worthy, and with a slightly more elevated packaging option, they’d be perfect for special occasions. Overall, a wonderful dessert café I’ll definitely return to."

"This place was so good!!! I ordered the Chop Steak Pie and a chocolate dessert, plus a vanilla latte. I was suppose to take a photo of the food… but it was so tasty I got caught up in devouring it. The coffee was just as tasty! I love me a meaty pastry and the steak pie was perfect for my taste buds. The environment is very peaceful with calm music and many people hanging out and studying. Will return!"

"One of the best bakeries in Duluth, and one of the very few places in GA that makes the viral Korean salt bread. My top recommendations are the egg, bacon, and cheese croissant, the salt bread, & the iced yuzu mint tea. The food: exceptional. The atmosphere: upscale casual. The service: welcoming with a personalized touch. If you're in the Duluth area looking for delicious baked goods with a Korean twist or a casual place to have some coffee and study/work, the Bread Museum is the perfect spot!"
