"Kafeiin is a newly opened coffee and matcha shop in Duluth. It is quaintly decorated in a modern contemporary fashion with sparse decor , olive trees and benches. I ordered the matcha strawberry cloud. The taste was milky and strong matcha.The prices are moderate . The parking is free but sparse as it’s next door to an indoor food fall and grocery store. There are 2 kiosks (card only, I think) at the door to order from and the line wraps around the entrance foyer when crowded. The wait time for drinks is between 10-15 min not including the wait time in line to order. You receive a text when your order is ready. There is plenty of seating past the pick up station where drinks are made. It’s a friendly environment but when crowded it’s hard to get in and out of the cafe like other similarly constructed coffee and tea shops. It’s narrow in the front foyer area and has most of its space after the pick up area with lots of seating and benches and olive trees in the back. It’s kinda noisy , not really suitable for kids or strollers when crowed just because of the flow of the cafe. Currently the only offer drinks coffee, teas, mix drinks, no treats were available."

"The matcha here is decent. I was a little surprised that the ube matcha wasn’t my favorite. It didn’t quite hit the way I expected it to. I ended up liking the strawberry matcha more, which was more flavorful but well balanced. The coffee is also okay, solid but nothing standout. Still a good spot and worth checking out if you’re in the area."

"Hands down best matcha!! Perfect amount of sweetness for me!! It’s not super sweet and grainy like other places I have tried. They were super busy but gave us our drinks at a reasonable time since they had lots of orders to prepare. Super cute cafe! Will definitely be back!! 🥹"

"Kafeiin kept popping up all over my social media, and as a true matcha lover, I knew I had to try it. Let me just say this, the hype is 100% real. Everything about this place is amazing, from the service to the space itself. The design is beautifully minimalistic with an industrial touch, and it feels intentional, clean, and elevated. Yes, there was a line when I went, but that’s expected since it’s new and literally everyone is going right now. Influencers, locals, everyone. Even with the line, their system is very efficient, so it moves faster than you’d expect and never feels overwhelming. They don’t only sell matcha, they also have teas and coffee, but the matcha is absolutely their strongest point. The color alone tells you everything, a deep, vibrant green that immediately signals quality. Their matcha is pre-batched, but done the right way. They carefully measure each drink, keep the pre-batch stored on ice, and handle it with real attention and care. That alone gave me so much confidence before even taking a sip. I tried the Ube Matcha Cloud, the Salted Matcha Cloud, and the Banana Matcha Cloud, and every single one was incredible. I also tried the guava iced tea, which was just as good. Everything I had was a 10 out of 10. I honestly couldn’t get over how good it was, to the point that I went back the same day for another drink because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I’ve been searching for a truly great matcha spot, and this place didn’t just meet my expectations, it exceeded them. I would go a thousand times and I’m already excited to go back. I’m genuinely so happy they opened here, especially because it’s close to my house, which means I’ll be there way too often. The attention to detail, the service, the cleanliness, the drinks, everything was a 10 out of 10. If you like matcha, you absolutely have to visit this place. And if you’ve never tried matcha before, this is the best possible place to experience it for the first time."

"Absolutely a very aesthetic cafe! The drinks were so good, highly recommend the corn latte and the banana matcha latte. The staff are super friendly and professional, and they make the drinks fast. There might be a line sometimes, but I never have to wait long. I’ll definitely be coming back!"
