"The dough was completely undercooked — still raw inside! The outside looked fine, but when I bit into it, it was doughy and sticky. Totally unacceptable for a bakery. Please make sure the products are fully baked before selling."

"I ordered the Vincent sweet cream coffee and it was wayyy way too sweet. It kind of tasted like instant coffee and lots of sugar syrup. I asked if they were able to pour half out and refill with some sort of coffee to balance it out and I was charged an additional $4 for the espresso. So overall I paid about $9 for a drink I didn’t really enjoy. My bf’s white mocha latte was really good though! Later when it was past 5 pm I decided to try a baked good because it was discounted at this time. The cashier rang it up but didn’t add the discount so I had to bring it up and then she applied it. After that since the total was below the $5 min I wasn’t allowed to pay with my card even though I was able to pay for that additional espresso to my drink earlier. I didn’t want to keep spending money here so I decided to put it back. That was disappointing because I can’t judge how good the food is here. Overall the atmosphere is beautiful. It was a lovely spot to get some work done. Not a fan of the coffee drink I ordered."
