"I'm giving it 3 stars because, unfortunately, I feel that customer service and product quality have declined significantly at Caibo. My husband went to buy a mille-feuille and a dulce de leche bread, and both were stale. I've been a customer for a long time and always praised the excellent service from the previous staff, and the sweets were always fresh. However, on my last visit, there were different employees, and the service was very poor; they didn't even offer to heat up my cachito (a type of pastry). Honestly, it felt like they wanted me to buy quickly and leave, which doesn't make me want to return. I sincerely hope this was just a bad day and that the quality of service and products returns to what it was before, because it was a place I would recommend without hesitation."
