"The Patio is one of those great "hole-in-the-wall" spots that is everything it needs to be and never changes. I've been eating and ordering bakery items from The Patio since I got my first "indoor" job at Target, next door, in '07 and it's been a regular ever since because it always pleases. It's the type of place the old folks communities get the bus cranked up for, so expect an early lunch rush with good people watching. I've been asking the staff for about a decade, "when are y'all going to start selling t shirts?" Staff is all nice, handpicked family and friends, cute, respectful girls. Dining fare is simple but not humble- prepared with pleasant pride. Decor has a few diy homely touches. Custom baked orders are excellent every time."

"Just went to pick up lunch at the patio. Asked for one favorite with normal adds and one with two egg salad and one chicken salad. That one was correct but the regular one had no egg salad and the smallest finger sandwiches ever. So cheap and ridiculous. They didn’t put the pink sauce in the orders or the extra muffins. So sad that this place has gone downhill. I drove from Roswell and so disappointed. See picture for the one bite sandwich."

"We usually like this place. Today we came in around 12:30pm. The young girl at the register wasn't overly friendly when asking about cake choices for the day. I stepped back for a second to make a decision and allow others to order. When ready, I told her we were getting one slice of the Coca-Cola cake and I pointed to the slice I wanted particularly, "the biggest one since it was my birthday and four people would be splitting it". She proceeded to grab a different one, I clarified again I would like the third from the front because it was the biggest one. The older lady at the other register proceeded to have an attitude telling me "they're all the same size" and the young girl tried to give me the other piece AGAIN. They were clearly not the same size. Even if they were all the same size, if a customer specifies a piece of cake they want- please give them the piece of cake they want. It seems simple. The young girl at the register we were at was more interested in having a conversation with someone in the back than helping us. I said thank you when leaving and received no feedback from either person at the register and they did not thank us for our purchase. No it wasn't a big purchase but we do eat here often and the customer service is lacking. The young girls nails were cringy LONG and not what you expect in the food service industry. Overall, not sure about this place after today's experience. Where's the customer service??"

"I’ve been coming here for years and this girl has the nastiest attitude she has a tattoo on her arm I believe She is really bad for y’all’s business. I will not be coming because of her. when I was ordering, she was on her phone. It’s not the first time I’ve seen this girl here i’ve seen her wander off so many times and leave the cashier alone in the front. I noticed when I was eating.But I think her name starts with a T I overheard some of the cashiers, but I just can’t remember her name I feel bad for the other girl over all my food was so amazing And the desserts let’s not talk about it. They’re outstanding. I love this place just that girl really took me off. I usually don’t come on here and do reviews but this one I had to do"
