"love everything about this place. the atmosphere was so cute, they had a cute little gift shop and mexican candy to buy. the best part was the food and drinks though! I was hesitant that the quality would be good, because usually trendy places like this aren’t super authentic, but i was very pleasantly surprised by every item i got. i tried an original churro, takis esquites, breakfast burrito, duvalin latte and fruity pebbles matcha. the churro was very warm and fresh and tasted great. the breakfast burrito was phenomenal and came with a yummy spicy salsa. i loved the two drinks and the esquites were also delicious. this place is such a gem and i will definitely be coming back soon. support local businesses!"

"I went here because I wanted to try a new sweet treat for my birthday, and the churros from Dulce Canela hit the spot! We ordered a 6-count of the original and 1 strawberry-filled churro. We also ordered the dulce de leche and chocolate dipping sauces. The churros came out hot and fresh. They had the perfect amount of sugar and tasted handmade, not frozen or preformed. We also ordered a mangonada, which was perfectly prepared and delicious. The space was large, clean, and relaxed. The service staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, we really enjoyed the churros and will definitely return. My only critique was that the chocolate sauce seemed to be just standard Hershey’s sauce or something similar. If you’re expecting a thick Iberian-style or Mexican chocolate sauce, you’ll be disappointed. However, the dulce de leche was good."

"Lots of ice cream and popsicle flavors, but a churro loop sounded so desirable. The almond churro loop comes with small almond pieces and light chocolate. It was perfect! Not over or under baked, and just the right amount. Fun shape too. I’m sure there’s more to enjoy here, but I’m going to be coming back for that almond churro loop. The space itself reminds me of like a bubble tea or dessert place you might see in Duluth. It’s a spacious rectangle, the back has chalk boards, and the front section has board and card games to enjoy. Based on how close it is to the town, this is a really great spot to stop by for a treat"

"Dulce Canela is amazing! Their churros are absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and pair perfectly with their rich, flavorful coffee. The handcrafted ice cream is incredible too, so creamy and full of flavor. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. Highly recommend!"
