"It's a nice place. Someone put a lot of effort into the business. That said, when you hire a bunch of people who probably never drink lattes, they probably won't be making the best lattes for your customers. I've had better drip coffee from gas stations than the latte I got from here. Not very good and expensive all at the same time. I poured it down the drain."

"Food was great, coffee was good too. Unfortunately it took the 2 staff members almost 45 minutes to make the one iced coffee and package the 2 pastries. Keeping in mind it was a beautiful Saturday morning and a lot of people were out. The patrons came in a steady stream, no big rush at one time. Several people asked for refunds due to the wait. 3 staff would have made all the difference. A great recommendation comes when all the major areas of a business are covered. LOCAL GROUNDZ has ambience and product, now they just need service. I'm betting it will be better on my next stop there."
