"Our family was on our way south and found this coffee shop not too far off the highway. The coffee tastes good and a good mix of that real coffee taste but sweet enough. I got an iced vanilla latte and they didn’t disappoint. If your one for a slightly more coffee taste than creamer, this is the place for you! Atmosphere was clean and nicely done."

"I really liked this cute little coffee shop. I had to customize my iced coffee because a lot of iced coffee blends are premade with dairy, but I enjoyed my White Mocha, Vanilla, Coconut w/ Almond Milk latte! I also ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese on a Croissant which was tasty. Lastly, and the most annoying is the cinnamon roll I ordered. I knew when I got it it was going to be a problem...They microwaved the hell out it. It was hotter than my sandwich. I got a cinnamon roll that was super hot with the icing melted and in the bottom of the container. I asked if I could get one that wasn't microwaved and I was told no because then it would be cold. But everyone knows that when you OVERHEAT bread, it gets hard when it cools and that's exactly what happened. So when I got ready to eat it 2 hours later, it was hard as a rock. So essentially I wasted my money! 10-15 seconds is all that is needed. If the icing is melted off then it is no longer a cinnamon roll. All in all, it was good. I may or may not go back. The cinnamon roll debacle really irritated me."

"i just moved to the Lizella/Macon area and i LOVE this place!! everyone is so nice and every single drink/food item i’ve tried has been delicious. i’m a big redbull and coffee girlie so i LOVE the fact they also have energy drinks alongside coffee! i used to work at starbucks/be a regular there and i can say with confidence that i will be a Red Owl regular from now on! great prices for great products. "Beautiful modern store. Busy drive-thru but nobody inside. I've only ever been to a Starbucks a few times and only with people who knew what they were doing so I was confused coming in. There were no signs to indicate where is order and where is pickup. I finally noticed a screen in the middle of the counter so I used it to order. The whole time I was there no one said a word to me to verify the order or anything. I think I waited 5 or more minutes because the drive-thru guests were probably more important. I wasn't in a hurry so it's not a huge deal but it was a little off-putting. The Big Cheesy bagel with pimento was delicious and my coffee was very hot. There was no extra cardboard sleeve so it wasn't comfortable to hold but I'm sure they'll fix that kind of thing, they've only just opened. I was there at 7:30am on Friday morning in case anyone is looking for a good time to go when it's not super busy."

"1 hot bourbon caramel mocha , 1 hot dark chocolate/ white chocolate, 1 cinnamon roll, 1 red velvet muffin. Drinks not hot, wait in line long, went over to Publix then came back through to get Drinks redone or something different and they were rude and dismissive when we told them the Drinks were cold - said they had to call the manager, My mom poured her white choc- dark choc out because it was nasty and Luke warm, they over heated my mom's cinnamon roll- anyone knows when you over heat bread it turn to rubber when it cools. Will not go back EVER and calling the manager Monday. Don't go there."
