"I really love their products, especially the food and coffee.. but I get charged differently everytime i order espresso with foam.. then one guy there told me I was taking to long at the register, as the lady was helping me.. she too was walking away when I expressed concern about the pricing.. this could have been handled much better and I wouldn’t even be writing a review. A pleasant explanation would have been more than enough for me. They are running my experience because I really want to be a regular at this new place that I found."

"I am so disappointed about the Red velvet cake I ordered for my birthday on 11/26. I have gotten great cakes in the past but this one was not good. It was dry and over cooked just short of burnt.I don't know if it was because of the holiday rush. I have been looking forward to this cake for weeks. The people and the place was very nice, but this cake was not good. I am so disappointed 😔☹️"

"Stopped in for a quick, good, no frills lunch. The sandwiches were actually quite good! My table had a Reuben and a Club. The Reuben with pastrami (they give you an option of pastrami or corned beef) was really tasty. It was a fair price at $9 for the amount of meat (though I would have doubled the meet if given a level up option). Service was good enough, but not overly engaging — not dissatisfied, but wasn’t wowed either. Overall, I’d go back!"
