"Beautiful building and decor. I honestly needed a restroom. But always happy to support and purchase something. The almond croissant was warmed and delicious. Husband enjoyed a warmed French toast muffin. Jordan and Shaun we’re great making suggestions and taking the time to offer our food warmed. Just nice person people that you would want to meet. Always happy to notice good people enjoy enjoying their job and taking the time to make the customer experience. Also a beautiful in clean bathroom."

"At the recommendation of friends, we visited Franklins and we were not disappointed! The outside entrance is so welcoming and from there it just got better! Light, bright, clean, fresh! The two men behind the counter gave us a warm sincere greeting when we walked inside. Superb hospitality and service. We’re vegan and there were some tasty options available. And the house coffee with Oat milk was delicious! We’ll be back and bring friends!"

"Come for the vibe and stay for the coffee. Great menu and selection of seasonal specials. The inside of this shop is quite small but it’s very very on point from a branding perspective extremely cute. Whoever designed this place kudos. The exterior is also great because it’s on a beautiful tree lined street. Would love to go back again on a cooler day and hangout outside at one of the tables."

"This place is absolutely fantastic!! The food is amazing along with the rich coffee. We stopped here during travels and fell in love anytime I have to pass Savannah Georgia. I will be stopping here. I absolutely loved how great the service was and how amazing everything fell in the establishment. I literally cannot recommend a better cup of coffee along with a breakfast sandwich."

"Such a cute spot — love the pastries and their variety of syrups and specialty coffees. That said, the weekend wait was brutal (about 40 minutes just for coffees). I appreciated that the drinks weren’t overly sweet, but both my flat white and my husband’s iced latte had something off about the coffee itself — maybe the roast or espresso blend? Just wasn’t our favorite."
