"The lady who made our floats was one of the nicest people, and she did a fantastic job. The floats were some of the best I’ve ever had, and it was so much fun looking around while they were being made (and they were made very quickly). Loved it here, best float ever!"

"Im very big on customer service. When you walk into my establishment or place of work soon as you pull the door open i’m going to speak. Well the workers here on 8-17-24 at 4:45pm ( time & date was given due to another comment that was made about how the business pulled the cameras, this will help) didn't do that with me and my family. I’m not going to pull the “ Racist” card but we definitely felt it. Another family ( different race ) came in right behind us and they were immediately greeted . The workers sparked a conversation with them and made them feel like they wanted them there . Me & my spouse wanted to leave but do to my son seeing this place on tik tok i didn’t want to ruin his day. The person who made our shakes didn’t speak when we approached the counter I spoke to them first and it was a dry response back . The person did an amazing job with the shakes but like i said it was no conversation or interaction with “US” . we spent $35 on 3 shakes and honestly I would have spent more had they been nicer to us . A simple how are you and thank you for coming goes a long way . Oh , and I also had my camera recording as well for my content creation but won’t be posting..I thought about posting due to the lack of service but I won’t. I hope the business can learn from this. Overall the place sells really good shakes but do to the service I won’t return."
