"I recently moved to the area and needed a mailbox and safe location for package delivery/pickup, and I completely lucked up when I found Mailbox Cafe. I investigated them first online, and it was just perfect 5-star review after perfect 5-star review. And after becoming their customer, I can see why. First of all (and my favorite part about them), Khalif the owner is one of the nicest, most professional, most cool people I’ve ever met in my 60 years of life. After going there for the first time, my one and only time in the place, Khalif knew me by face and name and has since addressed me as such, as soon as he sees me. As a customer in this world today, how great is that? And Kristen back behind the counter, who I often deal with also, is always super-sweet and professional, fast, kind, and patient. I just cannot say enough about them both, and if you want to see a couple of real life, “local gems”, you needn’t look any further. And their business is terrific also. They handle all my mail and packages securely and with care, and they always send me an email whenever I receive anything. They established their hours with their customers in mind, staying open until 6pm for working dudes like myself, and they’re in a convenient location. They offer all kinds of mail/shipping/print services, and also have a very nice little coffee and smoothie shop inside the store as well. I just cannot say enough about this place and the fantastic owner and his staff, and I’m so glad I found them! I’m giving 5 stars, but they deserve 25!
