"Great first impression by the super sweet and welcoming staff. Key is so helpful and accommodating! I came during the soft opening phase. I ordered the Birria grilled cheese— it was delicious! It came packed with a generous portion of Birria, banana peppers and cheese on toasted sourdough. I loved the thin, flat fries paired with it. I also ordered a crème brûlée (vanilla + caramel) iced coffee. Even ordered half sweet, it was a little too sweet but super smooth. I’m excited to try the hummus next. I’ll be back!"

Just had the Crispy Chicken Caesar at Pritchard & Co., and wow – this is hands-down one of the most satisfying sandwiches I've ever eaten! The chicken is perfectly fried: ultra-crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, without being greasy. It's loaded with fresh, crunchy romaine lettuce tossed in a creamy, garlicky Caesar dressing that has just the right tang, topped with shaved parmesan that melts into every bite. The seeded bun is toasted to perfection – sturdy enough to hold all that goodness without falling apart, but soft and flavorful. And those thin-cut fries on the side? Seasoned beautifully, crispy edges, fluffy inside – the ideal companion. Huge shoutout to Executive Chef Derrick Fullmer for this incredible creation (and all his standout sandwiches and grazing tables – the man's a culinary wizard!). Pritchard & Co. is killing it with elevated comfort food done right. Can't wait to come back for more. Highly recommend – run, don't walk!"
