"Every single time except once for a breakfast order, my order was either wrong or missing items. This last time was the last time I go back to this McDonalds. I ordered a 2 Snack Wrap Meal, and not only did they only give me 1 wrap, but after me having to go back and get the other wrap, not only was the other wrap wrong w/lettuce after ordering with no lettuce. The first wrap had LITERAL MOLD ON THE WRAP. You could literally smell the mold on it! Luckily I caught it before eating it. Last time I got to McDonalds on Tuner Hill! Zero stars if I could."

"The staff is non listening, argumentative and unorganized. I ordered the same frappe I order 4 days a week at other locations and the staff wanted to argue on how it should be made. I repeat I order the same thing elsewhere daily and know how the drink should be. I didn’t want anything special. Just for it to be made correctly. At what point do they just make the customer happy?
